I was in knock yesterday Tuesday the 21st July 2026 and visited this restaurant for lunch When we arrived myself and my wife had to wait a while to be seated.
One of the staff suggested we order so we wouldn't be delayed when we git a table.
When we did get a table not that long a wait we immediately got a pot of tea that we had ordered with our blt's by 2.
We were waiting quite a while but we were not in any rush as I always find knock a very relaxed place.
We got our meal eventually and the waitress gave us a fresh pot of tea we enjoyed our meal and when I went to pay the manageress said there was no charge because of the delay 🙃
I couldn't believe this as I already said we didn't mind the delay but she insisted said a burco had gone on the blink and something else not sure 🤔
Either way we weren't charged anything 😕 which I thought was so lovely I have been here before as a volunteer with Galway Hospice and will definitely be back again also did I mention the staff were so lovely 😍
Thanks a million you made our day 💙 ❤️
